Production, Shipping, Refund & Claims Policy

💚 Thank you for your interest in purchasing pins from The Crowned Society, LLC (formerly The Ivy Crown)!

🩷 At this time, new orders are temporarily paused while our website is being updated and reconfigured. We anticipate reopening soon for pre-orders, with fulfillment scheduled after the conclusion of sorority and organizational Boules, conferences, and convention seasons.

Product Availability

💚 Please note that the highly requested Vegas Pin has been permanently sold out and will not be restocked.

🩷 We understand many customers are seeking pins for upcoming Boules and conferences. Because our production timelines would not allow delivery before those events, we are not accepting new orders at this time that cannot reasonably be fulfilled within the necessary timeframe.

💚 Customers who purchased the Vegas Pin through the original Etsy listing are expected to receive their orders prior to Boule, subject to carrier delivery schedules.

Made-to-Order Production

🩷 All pins sold by The Crowned Society, LLC are custom-crafted and made to order unless otherwise stated. We do not maintain inventory of pre-made pins.

💚 Due to the highly detailed nature of our products, production timelines vary depending on design complexity, order volume, customization requests, and manufacturing schedules.

🩷 Customers should anticipate a combined production and shipping timeline of up to 8 weeks (60 days) from the date an order is accepted and payment is received.

💚 Production estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Custom & Group Orders

🩷 Custom orders, chapter orders, group orders, personalized products, and specialty designs require additional planning, design, production, and quality-control review.

💚 Due to the customized nature of these products, additional production time may be required beyond standard estimates.

🩷 Once production has begun, custom and personalized orders may not be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded except as required by applicable law.

Shipping Policy

💚 All orders are packaged with reasonable care and protective materials designed to minimize damage during transit.

🩷 The Crowned Society, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, customs processing, weather events, labor disruptions, carrier errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

💚 Priority Mail with tracking and insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain orders.

🩷 Shipping insurance protects eligible claims involving carrier-related loss or damage and may be required before replacement requests are considered.

Shipping Damage & Claims

💚 Customers must inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.

🩷 Any claim involving shipping damage, manufacturing defects, missing items, or delivery issues must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

💚 Claims must include clear photographs and/or video evidence showing:

• The product received
• The packaging and shipping materials
• Any visible damage or defects
• The shipping label

🩷 Claims submitted after the five-day review period may be denied.

Replacement & Remake Requests

💚 The Crowned Society, LLC reserves the right to review all claims and determine whether a repair, replacement, remake, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

🩷 Approval of a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

💚 If a replacement or remake is approved, The Crowned Society, LLC may require return of the original item before replacement production begins. Return instructions will be provided when applicable.

Refund Policy

🩷 Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

💚 Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

🩷 The Crowned Society, LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy for approved claims, including repair, replacement, remake, store credit, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

Customer Acknowledgment

💚 By placing an order with The Crowned Society, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed and accepted these policies.
• Production timelines may extend up to sixty (60) days.
• Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines.
• Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
• Claims must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of delivery.
• Custom and personalized orders are generally final sale once production begins.
• The Crowned Society, LLC reserves the right to review all claims, requests, and disputes and determine the appropriate resolution based on the facts presented, the terms of this policy, and applicable law.
